Robinhood Q2 net revenue of $1.31 billion exceeds expectations, full-year expense guidance lowered

Odaily reported that Robinhood released its second-quarter financial report for fiscal year 2026, with net revenue of $1.31 billion, a 32% increase year-over-year, exceeding analyst expectations of $1.28 billion; net profit was $573 million, up 48% year-over-year; diluted earnings per share were $0.62, also up 48% year-over-year.

The financial report shows that Robinhood's adjusted EBITDA was $741 million, a 35% increase year-over-year, surpassing market expectations of $629 million. The company's net deposits reached $21.7 billion, hitting an all-time high; Gold subscription users increased to 4.8 million, up 39% year-over-year.

In terms of business segments, Robinhood's cryptocurrency revenue was $100 million, exceeding market expectations of $86.6 million; options revenue was $342 million, up 29% year-over-year; average revenue per user (ARPU) reached $187, a 24% increase year-over-year.

The company expects full-year 2026 adjusted operating expenses and equity incentive expenditures to be between $2.675 billion and $2.775 billion, lower than previous guidance and market expectations. During the period, Trump Account registered over 7 million users, with deposits approaching $1.5 billion; the Robinhood Chain mainnet went live, the company obtained a Singapore capital markets services license, and completed the acquisition of WonderFi.

Following the earnings release, Robinhood's after-hours stock price rose approximately 4%.
