Moonbirds New Project Mythics Casting Details
On January 18, Twitter user Bagman tweeted and shared some casting information about the new Moonbirds project "Moonbirds Mythics" (hereinafter referred to as Mythics).
Bagman said that he participated in many Moonbirds AMAs in the past few months, and summarized some casting details about Mythics. In order to help everyone understand the relevant situation more easily, he made this thread on Twitter to share.
The following is the content of Bagman’s tweet, compiled by Odaily.

First of all, it needs to be explained to friends who don’t know that Mythics will be the second set of NFTs in the Moonbirds series.
Mythics is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2023, but an exact date has yet to be confirmed. Its total supply is 20,000.
So how to get the casting qualification of Mythics? Generally speaking, there are two ways, one is to hold Moonbirds (the current floor price is about 7.95 ETH), and the other is to hold Oddities (the NFT that Moonbirds previously shorted to the holding users)。
Moonbirds holders (need to "build a nest") will directly receive airdropped Mythics, while Oddities holders need to burn Oddities in exchange for Mythics.
The minting of Mythics will not charge any other fees, and users only need to pay the gas fee. As for the specific casting method, the development team Proof has made some special designs.
Mythics will continue to be released at a rate of 50 per day, and it is estimated that it will take 400 days to complete the release. In the daily issuance of 50 NFTs, holders who "build a nest" of Moonbirds will be allocated 25, and holders who burn Oddities will also get 25.
Considering that not all Oddities holders will choose to burn their Oddities, the remaining Mythics in this section will be randomly distributed among Moonbirds holders. This means that, in addition to the Mythics that are guaranteed to be airdropped, Moonbirds will have a chance to get a second Mythics, but who will be those lucky ones will be completely random.
In order to better mobilize the interest of the community, the rarity of all Mythics will be completely random. There will be no difference between the Mythics acquired through Moonbirds and Oddities, and the rarity of the respective series will not have any effect on the rarity of the Mythics.
The above are the casting details shared by Bagman. It is worth mentioning that the above-mentioned content is only the "family opinion" of Bagman as a community user. The exact release details of Mythics are still unknown for the time being, and the final situation is still subject to the disclosure of Proof.
