MAD promotes internal commerce and monetization by maximizing the advertising of real estate, sharing profits with landholders and builders. The project is divided into three parts: land commission; construction; auction.

Land delegation: MAD collects plots from the community, Decentraland and cryptovoxels have features called pool operators or collaborators to allow landowners to have builders on their land while still maintaining title to the land. By delegating their land to users, landowners can still hold title to the land but earn a profit over time.

Construction: MAD gathers builders from the community to build nft galleries, public event venues, etc. with my internal builders. MAD can install billboards around galleries and buildings.

Auction: As MAD acquires more plots from the community, external businesses can bid for advertising rights on all plots as a bundle and display their content on all plots to gain traction. MAD shares profits with landowners and builders to incentivize greater community participation.
