Quarterly Operating Profit Record Set: Strategy Reports Approximately $21 Billion in Operating Profit, CFO Andrew Kang to Depart

Odaily reports: Bitcoin News posted on X platform that Strategy's filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission shows that Chief Financial Officer Andrew Kang will step down on November 5. The company stated that his departure is for personal reasons and is unrelated to any disagreement over company operations or policies. Chief Executive Officer Phong Le will temporarily assume the role of CFO, with Reza Virasteh set to take over in January 2027; during this period, Phong Le will continue to be directly responsible for Strategy's Bitcoin reserves, capital markets, and financing activities.

Strategy reported quarterly operating profit of approximately $21 billion, a record high, primarily driven by the increase in the value of its Bitcoin holdings. Strategy currently holds 848,517 BTC and has raised over $21 billion year-to-date.
