Acquisition Complete: Polygon Labs Integrates Coinme into Open Money Stack, Covering Payment Operations Across 48 U.S. States

Odaily News: Polygon Labs has announced the completion of its acquisition of Coinme, incorporating the regulated U.S. money transfer service into the Polygon Open Money Stack. Following this transaction, Polygon's U.S. payment operations now cover 48 states, holding money transmission licenses in 37 states and 11 applicable exemptions, and is registered with FinCEN as a money services business. Tazapay, Mesh, Toku, and Kira have become the first customers, applying the service to cross-border commercial payments, account top-ups, global payroll disbursements, and USD services.
