MoonPay Appoints Anne Giviskos as Global CFO, IPO Plans Not Currently on the Agenda

Odaily reports that crypto payment company MoonPay has appointed Anne Giviskos as Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A MoonPay spokesperson stated that Mouna Ammari Siala will continue to serve as interim CFO of MoonPay's US operations.

Giviskos previously served as interim CFO and Chief Accounting Officer at Navan, and has held senior positions at the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext. When asked whether MoonPay is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO), the company spokesperson responded that the priority at this stage is to build an "iconic private company" while continuing to expand its payments, stablecoin, and financial markets-related businesses.
