ETH liquidations reached approximately $356 million, surpassing Bitcoin's $298 million; measured as a share of market capitalization, ETH's liquidation rate was roughly six times that of Bitcoin. Interest rate concerns, geopolitical tensions, and warnings related to AI weighed on the leveraged market.
