A whale holding $288 million in long positions was liquidated on 28,720 ETH, then added $10 million in margin to continue opening longs
Odaily News: According to on-chain analyst Ember, a whale previously held long positions worth $352 million. When the ETH price dropped to $2,420 in the early morning, its long position of 28,720 ETH was liquidated, resulting in a loss of $4.48 million. Half an hour after the liquidation, the whale deposited 10 million USDC in margin and reopened a long position of 9,580 ETH at $2,428, worth $23.26 million.
Currently, the whale holds long positions worth $288 million, with an unrealized loss of $9.71 million, including 78,950 ETH worth $195 million, with liquidation prices between $2,286 and $2,299; and 1,140 BTC worth $93.31 million, with liquidation prices between $72,198 and $74,379.
