Dunamu and NAVER Financial Share Swap Plan Delayed to March 2027

Odaily reports: Dunamu has disclosed that the completion date of its full share swap plan with NAVER Financial will be postponed from December 31, 2025 to March 31, 2027, and the related extraordinary shareholders' meeting will also be postponed from November 19, 2025 to February 26, 2027. The share swap ratio between the two parties remains unchanged, with each 1 Dunamu share to be exchanged for 2.5422618 NAVER Financial shares. Upon completion of the transaction, NAVER Financial will become the wholly owning parent company of Dunamu, and Dunamu will become its wholly owned subsidiary.
