SoftBank-backed DayOne Data Centers Plans to Raise Up to $5 Billion in US IPO

Odaily News: According to people familiar with the matter, SoftBank-backed DayOne Data Centers plans to raise up to $5 billion in a US initial public offering (IPO), and DayOne plans to list American Depositary Shares (ADS) on Nasdaq by the end of this year at the latest. The company submitted its IPO prospectus to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday. According to the filing submitted to the SEC, DayOne is headquartered in Singapore, and its revenue in the first half of this year more than tripled year-over-year to $512 million; its net loss widened from $13.5 million to $81.9 million over the same period.
