“AI Stock God” Leopold Closes Out Bearish Options on Nvidia, AMD, and Others; Micron and SanDisk Are His Largest Long Positions

Odaily reports that the latest holdings of "AI Stock God" and former OpenAI researcher Leopold Aschenbrenner show his portfolio is highly concentrated in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and computing-power-related assets. Among them, SanDisk (SNDK) and Micron (MU) are the largest long positions, accounting for 28% and 27.5% respectively. Other major holdings include Bloom Energy (BE, 9.4%), TSMC (TSM, 6.2%), and Nebius (NBIS, 6.1%). In addition, he also holds CoreWeave (CRWV), Core Scientific (CORZ), Applied Digital (APLD), Riot Platforms (RIOT), IREN, and other companies related to AI data centers, chips, and energy infrastructure.

On the options trading side, Aschenbrenner recently added call option positions with a premium scale of approximately $315 million, covering underlying assets including AMD, Bloom Energy, CoreWeave, SK Hynix, SanDisk, Intel, and the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM). At the same time, his previous bearish options hedges against semiconductor companies such as Nvidia, AMD, Micron, TSMC, and ASML have all been exited. In addition, his private investment portfolio includes Anthropic (approximately $5 billion), Fluidstack ($830 million), Source Foundry ($500 million), MatX ($500 million), and Physical Intelligence ($1 billion).

Disclosure information shows that the above holdings mainly come from the Q2 2026 13F filing and recent options trading data. Related information indicates that Leopold Aschenbrenner has currently removed his semiconductor sector hedge and is again increasing bullish bets on memory chip and AI computing infrastructure companies.
