Whale Fund Flows Diverge: BTC Sees Reduction, ETH Sees Accumulation, XRP Remains on the Sidelines
Odaily reports: Crypto analyst Ali posted on X platform that during the past week of overall sideways trading in the crypto market, whale holdings across different assets showed notable divergence.
Data shows that Bitcoin whale holdings decreased by approximately 30,000 BTC, worth about $2.52 billion, indicating that large holders are reducing their Bitcoin exposure. In contrast, Ethereum whales increased their holdings by approximately 60,000 ETH during the same period, worth about $162 million; while XRP whale holdings remained largely stable, with total holdings staying around 3.9 billion XRP over the past week, showing no significant changes.
Ali's analysis points out that the market is currently exhibiting a divergent pattern of "Bitcoin whales reducing holdings, Ethereum whales buying, and XRP whales staying on the sidelines," and these related changes are worth watching.
