Balancer Holders Approve Liquidation Plan, Reject Official Fork Chain Proposal

Odaily Report: Token holders of DeFi protocol Balancer have voted to approve a protocol liquidation plan and rejected a proposal to launch an official fork chain. Under the plan, pausable pools will transition to withdrawal-only mode starting October 30; BAL holders will need to wait until the end of May 2027, at which point they can redeem their tokens for protocol treasury assets.
