Confirmation Time Reduced to 12–24 Seconds, Ethlabs Says CCIP 2.0 Supports Ethereum Fast Confirmation

Odaily News: Ethlabs stated that with the Ethereum fast confirmation rule, Chainlink's cross-chain protocol CCIP 2.0 can reduce Ethereum transaction confirmation time to 12 to 24 seconds. This acceleration is an optional setting that must be actively enabled, and its security guarantees differ from the default path; Ethereum's full finality guarantees and CCIP's default waiting time both remain unchanged.
