Bullish and Others Form Issuer Sponsored Token Coalition to Advance Tokenized Stocks with Real Shareholder Rights

Odaily reports: Crypto exchange operator Bullish, Equiniti, Alpaca, Apex Fintech Solutions, and Drivewealth established the Issuer Sponsored Token Coalition on September 24 to advance the direct linkage of onchain tokens with official shareholder registries of publicly listed companies.

The coalition aims to enable token holders to obtain voting, dividend, stock split, and other corporate action rights, and will research technical standards, settlement, custody, and interoperability between traditional market infrastructure and blockchain.
