US Media: Trump Says He Wants to Meet with Iranian Officials in New York if "Conditions Are Right"

Odaily: According to CNN, US President Trump has told his advisers that he wants to meet with Iranian officials in New York if "conditions are right." The official said the meeting could also take place between some of Trump's senior advisers traveling with him in New York and Iranian officials, though no meeting has been scheduled yet. The official also said it remains unclear whether Iran is also willing to hold a potential meeting. Both US Secretary of State Rubio and US Permanent Representative to the United Nations Waltz have said that Trump is "open" to meeting with the Iranian side.
