Garrett Jin: Bitcoin's current consolidation phase is not yet over, with about a 70% probability that the cycle bottom is at $60,000
Odaily reports that Garrett Jin released his latest weekly outlook, stating that Bitcoin pulled back after hitting a high of $82,300 last week, indicating that resistance above $80,000 remains strong, and the current consolidation phase is not yet over—the market may not even be halfway through this process.
Regarding price ranges, if BTC reclaims $82,500 with stronger spot demand, the next resistance zone is $83,000 to $86,000; if spot demand remains weak, the primary focus is support at $76,000 to $77,000, and if that is broken, a rapid drop to $74,000 to $75,000 is possible, with the key demand support level near $72,000 to $72,500.
Garrett Jin maintains his judgment that there is about a 70% probability the bottom of this cycle is at $60,000. He stated that while he remains constructive on the macro outlook through year-end, he is taking lower risk exposure in the near term.
