Aptos Testnet to Reset State on October 7, Mainnet and Devnet Unaffected

Odaily News: Aptos announced that its first testnet state reset will launch from a brand-new genesis block. All currently deployed contracts, test accounts, balances, and historical data will be cleared, requiring related applications to be redeployed. Aptos stated that the testnet has processed over 10 billion cumulative transactions, and the state storage volume continues to expand. According to AIP-147, the network will subsequently control storage scale through periodic resets.
