In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 (EUSTX50) rose 0.27% intraday to 6,403.29 points; the UK FTSE 100 (UK100) gained 0.38% intraday to 10,865 points; and the German DAX40 (GER40) slipped 0.17% intraday to 26,001.2 points.
In commodities, WTI crude oil rose 0.46% intraday to $92.55 per barrel. Brent crude gained 0.36% intraday to $98.36 per barrel.
