AI Code Review Platform CodeRabbit Raises $143 Million in Funding, Led by Atomico and Others

Odaily News Nvidia-backed AI code review platform CodeRabbit has announced the completion of a $143 million funding round at a valuation of $1.5 billion. The round was co-led by Atomico and Smash Capital, with participation from BMW i Ventures and Datadog, among others. To date, CodeRabbit's cumulative funding has exceeded $200 million.

CodeRabbit primarily leverages artificial intelligence to automatically review software code, helping developers identify code defects, security risks, and potential issues.
