纳斯达克进军暗池市场，收购LeveL Markets强化股票交易生态

Odaily News – Nasdaq Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire LeveL Markets, an off-exchange stock trading platform, to further expand its footprint in equity market trading infrastructure. The transaction is also part of Nasdaq's broader push to extend beyond its traditional exchange business, having evolved in recent years from a pure equities venue into a comprehensive market infrastructure provider covering trading, market data, indices, clearing, and fintech services. According to sources familiar with the matter, Nasdaq will acquire 100% of LeveL Markets' equity.

Dark pools allow institutional investors to execute large block trades without publicly disclosing order information, reducing market impact and improving execution efficiency. As institutional trading demand rises and competition among stock exchanges intensifies, exchange operators are expanding their influence in capital market infrastructure through acquisitions of alternative trading systems, data services, and trading technology platforms.
