Kalshi partners with compliance tech company Comply to combat insider trading in prediction markets

Odaily Planet Daily News Prediction market platform Kalshi has announced a partnership with compliance technology company Comply to provide enterprise clients with prediction market trading monitoring and compliance management tools. Comply will integrate prediction market trading data from Kalshi into its regulatory software system. Enterprises using Comply's services will be able to review employees' trading activities in event contracts to ensure compliance with company trading policies and prevent trading based on material non-public information (MNPI). This compliance capability will also extend to perpetual futures contracts launched by Kalshi in the future. (CNBC)
