Odaily Planet Daily reports that Goldman Sachs expects Persian Gulf oil flows to resume by the end of July if 60-day talks continue and Iran's oil waivers are restored, requiring an additional 6.6 million barrels per day to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. If the talks break down and attacks on tankers escalate, coupled with a potential US blockade of Iranian oil, flows in the Persian Gulf could decline further. (Jin Shi)
