Odaily Planet Daily News: According to Iranian media Fars News, Rezaei, the spokesperson for the National Security Committee of the Iranian Parliament, stated: "In future confrontations, the enemy will face comprehensive and sudden strikes from Iran. Iran has numerous options not utilized during the forty-day war, including withdrawing from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), modifying the 'nuclear strategic doctrine,' and blocking the Bab el-Mandeb Strait in addition to the Strait of Hormuz. The proposal to withdraw from the NPT is ready for deliberation in the parliament, and modifying the 'nuclear strategic doctrine' could also be put on the agenda if Iran faces existential threats."
