“Physical AI First Stock” Momenta Completes IPO, Market Cap Once Exceeds HK$70 Billion

Odaily reported that “Physical AI First Stock” Momenta has completed its IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with an offering price of HK$295.6 per share. The public offering was oversubscribed by 414 times. The stock opened with a slight increase, and its market capitalization once exceeded HK$70 billion. Assuming the “greenshoe” (over-allotment option) is fully exercised, the global offering will total approximately 22.93 million shares, raising about HK$6.8 billion. Separately, according to ZhenFund, Momenta announced that its mass-production business has equipped over 1 million vehicles.
