According to official news from Odaily Planet Daily, the Wormhole team has announced the upcoming launch of the Wormhole Reserve, a strategic reserve of W tokens. This will accumulate on-chain and off-chain protocol value to support the long-term development of the ecosystem. Furthermore, Wormhole 2.0 will introduce a 4% base staking reward and governance incentives. This mechanism will not increase inflation, and the total supply will remain at 10 billion tokens.
