South Korean Media: Naver Financial Plans to Execute Full Share Swap with Upbit's Parent Company Dunamu

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Naver Financial is in the process of completing a full share swap with Dunamu, Upbit's parent company. The plan is to issue new shares in exchange for Dunamu shareholders' shares, making Dunamu a wholly-owned subsidiary. Upon completion, Naver will integrate Dunamu's businesses, encompassing shopping, finance, and cryptocurrency trading. (Chosun)
