Odaily Planet Daily reports that in response to community concerns, former Morph CEO Cecilia Hsueh clarified on the X platform that she had left the team before the Morph Black Card launched and had no involvement in its preparations, nor did she promote or sell the product to users, thus not making any "overpromises." She also expressed surprise that some users still associate the recent refund issue with the issue, prompting her to issue a clarification.
