Yunfeng Financial (00376.HK) announced that Liang Xinjun will serve as the company's independent non-executive director, effective September 5, 2025. Liang Xinjun, currently Chairman and CEO of Xin Family Office and former co-founder of Fosun Group, has extensive investment experience in Web3 blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse.

Previous news: Yunfeng Financial, in which Jack Ma holds an indirect stake, has purchased 10,000 ETH, with a total investment cost of US$44 million.
