OSS founder: Polychain and DCG are proposing predatory terms to multiple TAO subnet teams, and I feel shame for such parasitic VCs
a day ago
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Joseph Jacks, founder of OSS Capital, wrote in an article on X: "Polychain and DCG are continuing to demand 'predatory terms' from teams preparing to launch the Bittensor subnet... These parasitic VCs are demanding 20%-50% of the perpetual token release share from the teams, while providing almost no value support and minimal capital investment. Such terms will only screen out extremely mediocre or desperate teams (if they accept such ridiculous conditions). These two companies also hold more than 4% of the total TAO supply. They should be ashamed of this despicable behavior. After hearing these details directly from more than a dozen teams anonymously, I have decided to publicly condemn them by name."
