BTIP-103 proposal enters community review stage

According to official news from Odaily Planet Daily, the BTIP-103 proposal has officially entered the community review phase. This proposal aims to optimize the coordination mechanism between the BTFS client and the governance protocol. By enabling direct access to storage service provider (SP) addresses from the proposal contract, it significantly simplifies the integration of storage workflows and governance modules.
