Nasdaq-listed CIMG (NASDAQ: IMG) announced a strategic partnership with decentralized AI training platform FLock.io, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a FLOCK token treasury reserve ("DAT") strategy. Leveraging FLock's privacy-preserving AI technology, the two parties will jointly develop LifeNode, an AI-powered health monitoring and intelligent recommendation product.

Through the strategic holding and application of FLOCK tokens, this collaboration will accelerate the scale-up of privacy-preserving AI technology in the consumer health sector. FLOCK tokens will be used to incentivize node participation and model contributors through ongoing use and circulation, supporting CIMG's continued leadership in the research and development and innovation of privacy-preserving health products.
