Odaily Planet Daily News: Nasdaq-listed digital asset finance company SOLOWIN announced an equity investment agreement with Singaporean cross-border payment institution GPL Remittance to acquire a 19% stake in the company. GPL Remittance currently holds a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). (Globenewswire)
