According to crypto analyst NLNico, Vaultz Capital has raised £4.3 million through a subscription round, with Aura Digital leading the investment with £2.6 million. The company is currently pursuing a new placement round with a target total of approximately £6 million.

Vaultz Capital said it will further expand its Bitcoin treasury and infrastructure strategy, while appointing Erik Benz as its new CEO and establishing a Bitcoin Advisory Board.
