Odaily Planet Daily News: The Vietnamese government has officially launched the national blockchain platform NDAChain, which is intended to serve as the key infrastructure of its digital ecosystem. It is developed by the National Data Association (NDA) and operated by the Data Innovation and Development Center of the Ministry of Public Security. The platform is a Layer 1 licensed chain with a hybrid data architecture, maintained by 49 public and private nodes, including government agencies and local companies such as SunGroup, Zalo, and Masan.
NDAChain adopts the PoA consensus mechanism and integrates zero-knowledge proof technology to serve government affairs, finance, medical care, logistics, education and other fields, strengthening data security and global interoperability. In addition, the platform also supports the decentralized identity system NDADID, combined with the NDAKey application to achieve rapid identity verification, and is committed to preventing fraud and digital identity theft. NDA technical director NguyenHuy said that NDAChain will become an important support for Vietnam's digital society and economy. (Cointelegraph)
