Odaily News In response to market rumors that Octopus, Hong Kong's universal electronic payment system, will launch a stablecoin accelerator program, the company clarified that in order to promote the future development of Hong Kong's financial technology, it will support a concept accelerator program to explore the next generation of Web3 customer loyalty programs as an advisor.
