Yu Xian said that other users with similar experiences who have not received a refund can contact the official through email to appeal. The email address can be found in the relevant transfer records.
He pointed out that although the amount involved was not large, the nature of the incident was serious. If the authorities had clearly informed users of how to retrieve the funds when transferring them, the nature of the incident would be completely different.
