Tim Beiko: Ethereum developers decided to remove the EOF proposal from the Fusaka upgrade

Odaily News Ethereum core developers have decided to remove EOF (EVM Object Format) from the upcoming Fusaka upgrade. The main reasons include: the Fusaka upgrade is time-sensitive, the development team unanimously agreed that PeerDAS should be prioritized; the technical uncertainty that EOF may bring; and community feedback has not been effectively incorporated into the decision-making process. EOF aims to optimize the EVM bytecode structure, enhance security and performance, and was originally planned to include about 15 EIP contents.
