Tether announces completion of tender offer for South American agricultural giant Adecoagro SA

Odaily News Tether announced the completion of a tender offer for up to 49,596,500 common shares of South American agricultural giant Adecoagro SA, with a transaction price of $12.41 per share and a total amount of over $615 million. The offer closed on April 24, and received approximately 67,075,500 valid subscriptions, with a final allocation of approximately 73.9%. According to the previous agreement, the transaction will enable Tether to obtain a controlling stake in Adecoagro.
