TRC20-USDT issuance exceeds 68.7 billion, setting a new record

Since the beginning of this year, the TRON network has cumulatively issued nearly 9 billion USDT. As of now, TRC20-USDT accounts for 47.6% of the total issuance of USDT in the entire network, with 64.02 million accounts and more than 2.435 billion transfers.

TRC20-USDT is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar issued by Tether based on the TRON network. Its fast transfer speed and low handling fees have attracted a large number of users, and it has been supported by many exchanges such as Binance, HTX, OKX, Bitfinex, MEXC, KuCoin, Gate.io, and Poloniex.
