Kraken acquires NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion to enter U.S. crypto futures market

Odaily News Kraken announced the acquisition of US futures trading platform NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion. It can now provide digital asset futures and derivatives services in the United States because NinjaTrader has obtained CFTC registration. In addition, Kraken's regulatory licenses in the UK, EU and Australia will help NinjaTrader expand in these regions.
