Coinbase Chief Legal Officer: Vermont regulators drop lawsuit against Coinbase staking service

Odaily News Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, posted on X platform that today Vermont withdrew its staking service lawsuit against Coinbase. As we have always said, staking services are not securities. Congress must seize the momentum of bipartisan cooperation in the Senate and the House to pass comprehensive legislation that takes into account new features of digital assets (such as staking).
