BYD responds to market concerns: Wang Chuanfu did not directly invest in CXMT

Odaily Planet Daily News In response to market concerns, Li Yunfei, General Manager of BYD Group's Brand and Public Relations Department, disclosed that all of BYD's investments are directly made by BYD Co., Ltd., without managing third-party funds or personal funds of executives. Therefore, Wang Chuanfu did not directly invest in CXMT (ChangXin Memory Technologies). BYD Co., Ltd. indirectly participated in CXMT's Series A financing in December 2020 through its investment in Guangdong Yifang Changda Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership).
