Amber DWM to Merge with iClick and Start Trading on Nasdaq Under AMBR Ticker

Odaily News iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (iClick), a US-listed company, announced its merger with Amber DWM Holding Limited, the holding entity of Amber Premium, the digital wealth management business of Amber Group, and obtained final approval from Nasdaq for the post-merger listing. The merged company will be renamed "Amber International Holding Limited" and will start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market with the new stock code "AMBR" from March 13, 2025. (crweworld)
