Adam Cochran said: "Mike blocked me for repeatedly fact-checking him, but that won't stop me. The president can't unilaterally change the tax code. Only Congress can. It's one of the few congressional powers clearly stated in the Constitution. Even if the president announced the decision, or tried to sign an executive order for it, it wouldn't make it law. It's no more effective than me declaring that I'm a cupcake."
