French Bitcoin Treasury Company Capital B Acquires Additional 192 BTC, Total Holdings Rise to 3,135 BTCOdaily reports that French publicly-listed Bitcoin treasury company Capital B has announced the acquisition of an additional 192 BTC, valued at approximately €13 million (about $15.2 million), at an average purchase price of around $78,948.Following this acquisition, Capital B's total Bitcoin holdings have increased to 3,135 BTC. Previously, the company announced the completion of a $17.8 million funding round, with investors including Blockstream CEO Adam Back and Paris-based asset management firm TOBAM.Data indicates that Capital B is currently the second-largest Bitcoin treasury company in Europe, trailing only Germany's Bitcoin Group SE, which holds 3,605 BTC. Despite the company's continued implementation of its Bitcoin treasury strategy, its stock price fell approximately 2.4% following the announcement. (Cointelegraph)
