Odaily News According to the official announcement, Bithumb announced that it will carry out internal system upgrades from 1:00 to 7:00 (a total of 6 hours) on Monday, February 24, 2025. At that time, all platform-related services (Bithumb APP/mobile webpage/PC/API) will be suspended, and the service maintenance time may end early or be delayed. This operation is carried out in accordance with Article 17, Item 1, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Order of the Korean Virtual Asset User Protection Act.
After the service inspection is completed, if there is an abnormal difference between the prices of domestic and foreign exchanges and Bithumb pending orders, the pending orders may be cancelled to protect customers with pending orders. Please try to cancel the buy/sell pending orders before the service inspection.
The deposited won or virtual assets will be automatically reflected in the account after the inspection is completed.
Unfinished virtual assets will be automatically processed for withdrawal after the inspection is completed.
