Genius Group Files Supplemental Prospectus for Rights Offering to Increase Bitcoin Reserves

Odaily News Genius Group, a US-listed company, submitted a supplemental prospectus for a rights issue to increase its Bitcoin reserves, disclosing that it intends to use 100% of the net proceeds from the rights issue to purchase Bitcoin, further enriching its Bitcoin strategic reserve treasury.
