Ethereum Foundation member responds to Abstract's main contributors: Focus on L1 <> L2 channels/collaborations in the future
Odaily News Abstract's main contributor Cygaar posted on X: "The Ethereum Foundation (EF) has never contacted me or anyone from the Abstract team.
I don't expect any special treatment or a ton of help, but it would be nice to talk to someone from EF once in a while so we can figure out how best to help each other.
We are specifically committed to building L2 on Ethereum because we believe we can help scale the world's most decentralized platform. Most of our team entered the cryptocurrency space through Ethereum and want to build strong consumer applications for it.
We’ve done a lot of work on account abstraction and building consumer-friendly user experiences, two initiatives discussed by Ethereum Core members. It would be great to work with the Ethereum Foundation to see what they think of our work and find ways to make it better.
I hope the new EF leadership reaches out more to teams on Ethereum. I’m almost certain there are dozens of other teams in the same situation as us. Ultimately, if we want Ethereum to succeed, we need to put more effort into attracting teams and helping them succeed.”
Later, joshrudolf.eth, a member of the Ethereum Foundation team, responded: "I have sent a private message. I strongly agree that we still have a lot of room for improvement in L1 <> L2 channels/collaboration. This is also my only focus in the future at EF."
