Odaily News The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), one of the EU’s financial market regulators and the main supervisor of MiCA compliance, recently issued a statement related to asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) or stablecoins. The agency urged crypto asset service providers (CASPs) to take urgent measures against stablecoins that do not comply with MiCA regulations.
